Close Command Center
Track the close checklist across entities and surface blockers by exception.
The close calendar is a rules problem: dependencies, owners and due dates are known in advance, so a workflow engine tracks task state, chases owners and escalates whatever blocks the critical path. Generative AI adds the daily status, a drafted summary of what is late, why, and what it holds up, so the controller's status meeting becomes an exception review.
LLM workflow (rung 4 of 6). A coded control path: chain, router, parallel fan-out, evaluator-optimizer.
Not an agent: the sequence of steps is fixed in advance, so the whole path can be tested end to end.
A language model handles step 4. Rules: steps 1, 2, 3 and 5.
- Autonomy: T3 · Act and notify
- Acts within limits and reports afterwards. Reversible actions only. Human role: monitors, samples, and can reverse.
- How it is governed
- The path is testable end to end. Each step is independently evaluable.

Synthetic KokoAI figures — a demo fixture, not audited or a guarantee
Days-to-close 8→4 turns the controller's status meeting into an exception review; ≈12,000 close-team hours/yr shift to analysis — ≈$3.5M/yr of recovered capacity.
Opens your own Claude with the prompt and KokoAI's month-end close checklist pre-loaded as text — no upload, no setup. Tailor it live to your own numbers.

Illustrative demoKokoAI's month-end close across 3 entities. The workflow tracks the checklist, escalates the blocked intercompany elimination, and drafts the status — the controller reviews and locks. Edit the inputs to tailor the output — it's baked synthetic data, so nothing leaves your browser until you run it live.
Month-End Close Checklist (synthetic) — grab the one-pager PDF (the ROI, the data, and the prompt on one sheet) to share or keep, or the raw CSV / Markdown to drag into Claude or Microsoft Copilot. The prompt hand-off above already includes the same data as text.

Drop a PDF, Excel, Word, CSV, or text file (e.g. a 10-Q, an AR aging, an invoice register) and we'll run this use case on it. Your file is read in your browser and never uploaded — only the extracted text goes into your own Claude or Copilot.

Prompt recipe
You track the monthly close. Given the task list with owners, due dates and dependencies, report tasks that are overdue or blocked, identify critical-path risks, draft owner reminders, and produce a 5-bullet close-status summary. Escalate — do not resolve — anything requiring an accounting judgment.
- The workflow can read status and notify, but cannot post or approve journals
- Accounting judgments and final lock remain human-approved
- All escalations and notifications logged
- Human-in-the-loop on every state change that affects the ledger
